The Employee Perspective Survey aims to capture the authentic views of employees about various facets of their work environment. This survey helps Human Resources to understand what makes the workplace tick, from management to the very essence of the company culture.
The survey starts with a question about the employee’s tenure. This question can help to compare perspectives across different levels of experience. It’s followed by a Likert scale question, which gauges how valued an employee feels.
