The initial question serves to filter responses based on the tenure of the new hire, either 30, 60, or 90 days. This allows for targeted insights into their experience at these crucial junctures. A CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) question follows to assess their overall contentment.
Likert scale questions offer a nuanced evaluation of the manager-employee relationship, especially in terms of setting clear objectives and expectations.
