The first question uses a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scale to gauge the overall satisfaction level with the IT support. This provides a general indication of employees’ satisfaction and acts as a benchmark for further questions.
The second question is a multi-select question that allows employees to select the IT services they have used in the past month. This helps identify which services are most utilized and may require additional attention or improvement.
Following this, there is a message that introduces a set of likert scale questions. Finally, the survey concludes with a closing message expressing gratitude for completing the survey and emphasizing the impact of the employees’ feedback on improving IT services.
